ALCRO is seeking to employ a Change Analyst for a contract engagement with one of our Premier Victorian clients.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in change management field
- Proven experience in conducting impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed
- Experience in preparation of change and adoption strategy, and communication plans
- Practical experience in working with change management tools and methodologies
- Prepare written reports and process maps and to propose business solutions
- Experience in organisational change readiness assessment and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders
- Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs
- Good understanding of eLearning, digital media and learning management system application
Responsibilities:
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Define and measure change success measures and monitor change progress
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
