Senior Business Process Analyst Contract


ALCRO is seeking to employ a Senior Business Process Analyst for a contract engagement with one of our Melbourne based Clients.

About the role:

You will lead the Business Process Development & Implementation Stream


  • Discover, analyse, measure and document current and future state processes to understand the process changes required across a number of initiatives
  • Initiate, facilitate and recommend improvements and create new processes were required for these key initiatives
  • Actively work with BU Stakeholders to understand, measure and implement changes to processes, roles, and operations
  • Define and design governance framework as required in collaboration with our Compliance Team and Finance Team
  • Work cross functionally to facilitate resolution to challenges arising due to process change and standardisation

Experience / Skills

  • Must be able to bring innovation, creativity and strong problem solving skills to redesign processes for improved financial and operational outcomes
  • Proficient at understanding and solving complex business problems and can work both independently and collaboratively to find well rounded and reliable solutions
  • Must be a self-directed learner with a high attention to detail which enables a sound understanding of the end-to-end business processes
  • Must have excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to work at pace with a wide range of stakeholders from across Finance, Buying and Trade, Digital and Supplier Relations
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and is able to frame a problem and influence an outcome
  • Must be able to make recommendations and map these processes clearly and with a high level of detail.
